If you don't know the case number, search the Odyssey Portal first to find it. Once you find the case, select the documents you want, preview them with the magnifying glass icon, then add to cart and check out.

Copy fees at Kitsap County: authenticated or exemplified copies cost $9.00 for the first page and $1.00 for each additional page. Audio recordings of hearings cost $25 per hearing day with regular processing (3 to 5 business days) for pickup or download. Mailed audio is $30 per hearing day. Expedited processing (1 to 2 business days) is $45 for pickup or download, $50 if mailed. Payment must be made before the request is processed.
