Okanogan County District Court

District Court handles misdemeanor criminal cases, gross misdemeanors, traffic infractions, civil cases up to $100,000, and small claims up to $10,000. Most of the smaller communities in Okanogan County do not have separate municipal courts. The cities and towns of Coulee Dam, Elmer City, Okanogan, Oroville, Pateros, and Riverside all use the District Court for municipal court matters.
