Pend Oreille Superior Court Weekly Docket Schedule
The Pend Oreille County Superior Court meets every Thursday. The court follows a set schedule throughout each Thursday hearing day. At 9:00 a.m., the Criminal Docket begins. Pend Oreille County District Court
The Pend Oreille County District Court is a court of limited jurisdiction that serves Newport, Cusick, Ione, Metaline, and Metaline Falls. You can reach the court at 509-447-4110. The District Court handles felony first appearances, criminal misdemeanors and gross misdemeanors, traffic and non-traffic infractions, civil lawsuits up to $100,000, small claims up to $10,000, protection orders, and name changes.
